Behind Our Quail Eggs

Our Quails are raised in an eco-friendly environment in South Florida, and are only fed 100% organic food, with no antibiotics or hormones. To ensure that you only get the finest eggs possible, every single egg goes through a strict controlled process, and is delicately handled during packaging. We are proud to say that our products are found in select supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, cruise lines and hundreds of family tables throughout the country.

Our History

Our small family-owned business began in a 5 acres farm in Palm Beach County,Florida at the beginning of this century, at a time when the world decided to look towards a future full of healthy, organic food. As a young couple with two small children, we decided to embark on this business venture; our life project and dream. During the first year, we began with 400 Quails and now, almost 20 years later we can boast a population of more than 20,000 Quails and presently find ourselves in constant demand for Quail Eggs. We currently have many important clients, such as one of the largest supermarket chains in the nation (Publix) as well as others of great importance within the State of Florida and the tri-state area of New York.

About Quails

The Japanese quail, Coturnix japonica, is a migratory, gallineous, ground dwelling game bird native to East Asia and Japan. They were first domesticated in the eleventh century as songbirds by the emperors of Japan. By 1910, their meat and eggs had become popular food items.
